ADCET (Association pour le Développement Citoyen des e-services sur les Territoires) is a French non-profit association founded in 2005. It brings together some sixty public and private members to promote the development of digital services in local authorities, for the benefit of citizens.
ADCET is the Common Registration Authority for standard NF P 99-508 on the citizen multi-service application (AMC).
