Ademán Carabizal Roble - Bodegas Maires100% Tinta de Toro (a. k. a. Tempranillo) from D. O. Toro. Cousins Fernando and Pablo started Maires in 2015 to reignite their family's long history of winemaking. Although Toro appellation of origin was created at the end of the 80s, the history of the Toro wine region dates back to pre Roman settlement. Aged for 4 months in medium toasted French oak barrels.
