It is almost a pair with the Singa Bersayap 4 which is from the same maker

The Batak people do not use it as a means to tell time

They are separated by small pale blue 19th or early 20th-century European glass hexagonal bicones and gold-plated silver beads from Sulawesi

The central bead is formed by very fine silver wire-work and granulation from old Bali
