Snuff Bottle: Inside Painted Bottle of TigersIn the late 19 and into the 20 century, the art of inside painted bottles was made popular by several famous artists and their apprentices. After the end of the Cultural Revolution in the 1970's, there was a resurgence of this art form. This uncommon shaped glass snuff bottle has a curve front and flat back form like a half moon. It is painted with a pair of tigers on one side and a single tiger on the other. The tigers are situated in a forest
