2019 Graci "Quota 1000 Contrada Barbabecchi" Etna Rosso, Sicily, ItalyABOUT THIS WINE High elevation, old vines from a single vineyard of 100% Nerello Mascalese go into this small production bottling. The wine is fermented in steel vats called "tini" for 25 days. Maloactic fermentation and aging for 24 months takes place in large oak casks.
