It has a metal centre piece and the base is also mother of pearl

To the top is the cutest little owl head with lovely detail and even little blue glass eyes set in a feathery brass face

This is a wonderful original Victorian Staffordshire figurine of Queen Victoria's husband Prince Albert

It is likely to be 1870s and features a beautiful lacy cut out front and back

It has an original mirror to the lid as shown with nice foxing
