cherries and raspberries

but with a long and complex

blackcurrant and redcurrant fruit characters

A nose of cooked agave

perhaps an Albarino/Pinot Gris cross

lingering long on the finish which is dry and well rounded

full of berry fruit aromas

On the palate its fresh blueberry fruit with lots of plum

dark chocolate and sarsaparilla
