Intermediate Paddleboard YogaJoin us as we stretch, balance and bend together on the water! We will paddle out to a beautiful cove on Old Hickory Lake, ancore down and start our yoga flow together! This class is geared towards ladies familiar with yoga flow and paddleboarding, it would not be a great fit for someone brand new to these exercises. In case of bad weather a full refund will be given or you may roll over your spot to the rescheduled date, whichever you prefer!
