FluoriteThe Llamas Quarry is a lesser known Fluorite producing locality in Asturias, on the north edge of Spain along the Bay of Biscay. In 2010 and 2011 some of the finest gem quality Fluorites were discovered and stashed away by one of the locals, who compiled a beautiful suite of specimens with varying habits and colors. This piece features several fine
A lovely piece of gemmy golden Copal featuring approximately 50 insect inclusions
especially in cabinet sized specimens
jet-black to deep maple amber colored cyclic twinned crystal group with minor Quartz and matrix on the underside
including some of the most recognizable Prehnites extant
with a thin internal black "phantom" running from the point of the termination to the base of the crystal
This specimen consists of pale yellow
Good condition on the front
predominant
but two eye-catching twins of Ferberite which are aesthetically intergrown to create a lovely display specimen
which is significant
A soft greenish-grey colored prismatic crystal of Amazonite associated with a white "rosette" of Cleavelandite on the side
