We've taken a moist ginger and orange infused almond sponge and studded it with dark chocolate chips for added bite. Each friand is then doused in a sweet glaze and topped with a swirl of rich dark chocolate ganache and topped with a generous sprinkle of crystalised ginger and marigold petals.
