2024 Meinklang White, Burgenland, AustriaABOUT THIS WINE This white blend from Burgenland is 50% Grner Veltliner, 40% Welschriesling, 10% Muskat (Muscat). Grapes are both manually harvested and sorted, before direct pressing and spontaneous fermentation with ambient yeasts. All vinification and aging take place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on fine lees for 4 months to add textural complexity while maintaining a light body.
