Distant VoicesThis was painted plein air in beautiful Frensham where the trees tower over you with the sun filtering through. I was one of the hottest days so few people were outside but there were a few distant voices punctuating the silence. It was very peaceful and I loved this area where the path rises up full of dappled light. I used a limited palette of burnt sienna, yellow, black and white. This is an original Sonya Vine painting, acrylic on paper, 5"x5".
