Blooming GelBlooming Gel is a dense gel that creates a blooming effect when another gel or ink is applied onto its surface. It requires curing under a lamp and is transparent in color. Add a layer to the nail then drop on another gel polish or Alcohol Ink then watch bloom. Cure for 60 seconds in LED lamp or 120 seconds in UV lamp when satisfied with "bloom". Top coat with Gel Top when done. Product is sticky after cured. 15ml Hema Free TPO Free formula.
