After working together in the UK wine industry for many years, colleagues Laurie (a Scotsman) and Alistair (an Englishman) fulfilled their daydream of creating their own whisky. They have created a fusion of the subtle creamy, fruity Speyside notes with the briny and smoky qualities of Islay malts, displaying an elegant and complex blended malt that is, in their words,
