This bottle is a combination of equal portions of the blend that were aged in Moscatel de Setúbal barrels from Portugal and Premier Cru wine barrels from Bordeaux

We house-roasted almonds

One quarter of the blend consists of lambikken brewed with our own sourced heirloom cereals from different spots in Brabant

Sour conditioned with fruit punch soda

Spontaneously fermented

Then it was aged with decent amount of vanilla beans to round things up and give you smooth ad pleasant buckwheat experience

The resulting raw ale continued fermentation in one Herefordshire cider and one Scotch whisky barrel for twenty three months before blending and bottling
