The oldest lambik was brewed on the 24th of January 2017 (so almost 50 months old)

A medium body with a warm and balanced

In our opinion

This is always one of our favorite blends to compose

Imperial stout aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels

we macerated Huldenberg grown and hand-picked blackberries for almost four months in very old lambik

while the nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit

Tropical & Jammy with large additions of Strawberry
