This cuve is crafted in a traditional, multi vintage style, blending base wines with reserve wines for consistency and depth. Fermented in stainless steel with full malolactic conversion, it is aged sur lattes for 36 months

The soil here is a combination of stony Hunrück slate and Taunus quartzite
