Jacques Adnet Leather and Oak Desk, 1950s FranceMonumental Art Deco era desk by French Art Deco Modernist designer Jacques Adnet. Iron frame with 4 posts, inverted u shaped bases and brass support bar foot rest connecting the two. Heavy oak frame wrapped in black leather with brass hardware. Two pull out drawers flank each side of the desk with leather fronts, leather handles and brass locks. Drawers are very deep and run most of the depth of the desk. Desktop covered in green leather.
