Privacy policy

ADCET takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This website has been designed to collect as little as possible.

No cookies, no trackers

This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tools, advertising or social media services. No external content (video, map, typeface) is loaded from another website: your browsing is not shared with any third party. No consent banner is therefore needed.

Server logs

Like any website, our host’s server (OVH) records technical information on each visit: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser used. These logs are used solely for security and for the proper operation of the website. They are kept by the host, in France, for a limited period in line with its legal obligations, and are not used to identify you.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent by email to contact@adcet.org. They are not stored on the website’s server.

To prevent abuse, your IP address is kept temporarily, in a non-readable form, for no more than one hour.

Your messages are used only to reply to you. They are kept for no more than three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

External registration forms

Some registrations (conferences, working groups, webinars) are made on external services, reached through a link. Their own privacy policy then applies and is available from their page.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@adcet.org.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
