As the Mobility Organising Authority for its area, ECLA makes its public transport network a cornerstone of its strategic vision. The ECLA Mobilités subscription card is a multi-service card compliant with the AMC standard – available as a physical or digital token – providing access to all transport modes (school, urban, and on-demand transport) as well as to secure bike shelters. In 2025, the project covers approximately 3,000 users and will be extended to other services. This project demonstrates that the AMC standard meets the needs of territories of all sizes.
